Italian Cordierite Pizza Stone

Imported directly from Italy, these pizza stones are the best of the best.
The stones are 455mm X 455mm X 40mm and can be cut down if required (at your cost).
 
Cordierite can withstand higher temperatures, so it allows you to put your pizzas in hotter ovens and thus cook them faster. The material heats evenly, meaning that your finished pizzas won't have any cold spots. 
 
Pizza stones can also be used for bread baking, cooking vegetables in a pan, helping with soggy bottoms etc.
