Baked Camembert

Purchase a large camembert cheese if possible however it will still work well with a standard size.


  1. Score the cheese with a sharp knife in a criss cross pattern

  2. Place crushed garlic in between the cuts, as much as you are comfortable with

  3. Drizzle some olive oil over the top

  4. Drizzle some honey or honey maple syrup over the top

  5. Add fresh or dried herbs of your choice over the top

Place the cheese in baking paper and wrap in tin foil.

Place into your Kiwi Outdoor Oven and cook for a minimum of 10 mins checking that the inside of the cheese is melted.

Serve with rice crackers or pear slices.
